How to be happy allways ?

We often say that if this happens, i will be happy, if that happens i will be happy but trust me if your happiness is depends on getting something or having something then you can never be happy.

Firstly we need to undestand that,

Happiness is not a Goal of life it is a fundamental requirement of life

So, stop chaseing happiness and allways be happy without any conditions. but how ? You will understand it in this article.

Happiness is not absolute it is relative. what is sadness for you maybe it is happiness for some one else for example, just passing marks for a someone is happiness and passing marks is a sadness for someone who wants to get 95 % marks.

One guy was happy to get only passing marks because he didn’t even have the expectation to pass.On the other hand the boy was sad to get the passing marks as he expected to get 95% marks. and from this story first lesson is

1. Your happiness depends on your expectations.

So, Try to reduce your expectations, do not expect anything from anyone.

Sad kid got sad because he is too much obsessed about marks instead of knowledge in other words he is attached to marks. and the second lesson is

2. Your attachment to things is the main reason for your misery

You will always be happy if you are not too attached to anything. If you want good fruits, pay attention to the roots and get detached from the fruits. If you pay attention to the roots then you will get good fruits and if you pay attention to the fruits you keep worrying all the time but never get good fruits.

3. The reduction of desire is the way of happiness

But, a question will arise in your mind that we work just because of desire if we have no desire then we stop working. and this is true up to some context.

If you are a student then you should have the desire to acquire more and more knowledge and not the desire to score more marks unless you are preparing for competitive exams. More precisely we can say that,

Wrong desires are the main reason for your misery.

We have learned three lessons from the story and I am not encouraging you to get low marks I am just encouraging you to break away from marks and focus on knowledge and the same applies in all walks of life.

Here i added more lessons to keep you happy,

4. Change Negativity with Positivity

If you see negativity throughout the day then negativity can increase your aggression towards random and unrelated people and this makes you sad so replace the negativity with something positive. and replace your surroundings with postive people, books etc as negativity is contagious

Be mindful of the information you take in, don't take too much negativity inside your mind you are not your mind but if you have negativity in your mind you will keep worrying.

5. Do yoga and meditation

Regular yoga practice also benefits healthy individuals, improving psychological well-being, satisfaction with life, and self-esteem, and reducing stress and performance anxiety.

Yoga postures combined with deep breathing facilitate deep relaxation that combats stress and make you happy.

If you practice meditation, your mind will be in a happy state.
